I had a disappointing experience with the customer service today. When I placed my order, I was told my name would be called when it was ready. I waited almost 30 minutes, but my name was never called. During that time, I noticed that customers who arrived and placed their orders after me were being assisted and receiving their orders before me. If you don’t have one of the main ingredients for a drink, please mark it as out of stock on the app/menu and don’t sell the drink to the customer. I ordered a Berry Matcha, and when I got it, there was no berry in it. I went back and asked about it, and the employee simply said, “Oh, sorry, we don’t have the berry.” Okay… so what am I supposed to do now? I ordered a Mint Tea and 6 shots of honey, went to table to wait. Never was called, went to counter, they forgot to make my tea, they made it and didn't add the honey

Overall this is a pretty good location. Coffees what you would expect and food is also the same. Service is kind of Hit or Miss, unfortunately today was not a good day. I walked in and walked past two gals behind the counter and they both just looked at me and then continued doing what they were doing. Not a hello or I'll be with you in just a moment they just continued doing what they were doing. There was no line and it wasn't busy so very unfortunate situation but still one to call out. Me and my coworkers come here every morning and Masha has made it such an enjoyable experience. Her customer service is top tier and she makes the best drinks! Masha is so awesome! Julia is also such a kind barista there.
