Today I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I don’t drink coffee very often, but about once a week my family and I treat ourselves to coffee on our day off. Today we went through the drive-thru and ordered three decaf Frappuccinos. By this I mean the regular Frappuccino with a decaf espresso shot. Best Starbucks spot nearby, but they let a homeless woman in a wheelchair come in and kick people out of the long table spot on what seems like a daily basis. It's so depressing I will usually leave when she shows up. Corporate needs to solve this. (Note: I've never sat at this spot.)

They seem to not be aware of cold foams existence and they have no idea it means when you order something with cold foam
Just needs better management or training or clarity between how many hands an order goes thru. Asked for water, and $2 banana cf w/ protein totally awesome to mix with pre-workout on my own. But waited more than 15-20min for them to get the order wrong, to offer things they dont have. I get it sometimes new, sometimes need training and knowledge of what is served.
