I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. Yesterday (October 29, 9–11 AM), I was charged $9.20 at the drive-thru when the screen showed $7.20. The woman in a green T-shirt said the extra $2 was a tip — which I never added. I felt frustrated that a tip was added without asking.
