We just got a caramel Frappuccino just now as we left it tasted like water with cream, and basically a slushie, this isn’t coffee
I get the same drink when I ask for signature coffee I always get blonde they never make my drink right.
Music is incredibly loud and should be turned down. While the young staff may enjoy this not great for customers.
Order the cookie and wanted it extra warm and by the time barista Cindy karate to the counter and called my name the cookie was already cold The cookie set next to the oven after it was warm for at least 5 minutes before it was brought over the counter my name is called I will never order food from this location again
Small and cramped Starbucks from the parking lot to inside and the drive thru. Slow service and poor communication between staff members. Barista put out my drink and assumed that was all I ordered but I was waiting on a sandwich which was just sitting there getting cold, took a few minutes to address this despite it not being very busy. It's clear that staff aren't communicating with each other at this location.
