I ordered a Venti hot caramel macchiato via the app and they made it iced. I pushed it forward with my hands and told them it should be hot. She says no problem. She’s gonna remake it. Took the ice away remade the hot and dumped the ice out right in front of me, Every other Starbucks I’ve goneto, which is a lot when you have over 5000 stars has always asked if I would like the iced as well. I visited this Starbucks location Thursday evening after a very long day of classes and work, and was absolutely thrilled by the service I received from "Mads"! I had no intentions of stopping by Starbucks as I was just hoping to pick up some essentials for dinner from the grocery store; But am so glad I had the time to do so.
