I visited this Starbucks location Thursday evening after a very long day of classes and work, and was absolutely thrilled by the service I received from "Mads"! I had no intentions of stopping by Starbucks as I was just hoping to pick up some essentials for dinner from the grocery store; But am so glad I had the time to do so. I understand customer service is hard, but being kind shouldn’t be. I went today and spoke with Abby, she clearly was in a bad mood. I greeted her with a smile and a hello.
