My birthday falls on Christmas, and I stopped by this Starbucks excited to use my birthday reward. During checkout, the barista commented that having a birthday on that day “stinks.” The remark was unnecessary and bothered me, making the experience uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.

Friendliest and best Starbucks in the valley. Gina, Susan and the team do an amazing job. A benchmark location and should be studied by corporate so they can get this as the standard.
