Took about 15 minutes to take my order …kitchen really dirty…I got a cookie crumble mocha frappe and it was very watery and bitter 🤢all I tasted was coffee very disappointed! I stopped in early so I wouldn’t be late for work it was a disaster!
I order from here frequently. The employees always seem to have negative attitudes towards me and many other customers. The morning staff specifically seems to get my orders wrong even when I mention something, they make me seem like a bother for wanting my drink remade. You would think as a paying customer u would at least get respect.
I got the strawberry frappe and instead of putting the strawberry syrup on the side and on the bottom of the cup I asked them to mix it in. She made the drink I tried it and there was absolutely no strawberry flavor it just tasted like milk!!!! I ordered a venti pike with cream, the staff there charged me extra for adding cream to the coffee. When I asked about the up charge, they stated that is their policy. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and NEVER had an extra charge to add cream to the coffee. I will never visit this Starbucks again.
