Terrible experience at this Starbucks! This was my third time at this location. I go there every month to work on my interior design projects. When I arrived, all the cashiers were taking cash and counting it, while I and 1 other person were waiting in line. I asked the cashier for the restroom password since it was closed. But I politely said that I would come back to order my drink (to avoid having to carry it into the restroom, of course). Came here once or twice for a caramel macchiato. The young lady who rang me up was friendly. When I got my caramel macchiato, which is a pretty expensive drink, between $5.90 and $7 depending on the size, it was not made correctly. The milk is supposed to be aerated enough, but solid enough, that the caramel drizzle sits on top of the foam. Of course I understand it won't be perfect every time, and I don't expect perfection.
