Order white mocha with whole milk and Carmel drizzle at bottom of cup w/ whip. Had to have the drink re made taste bitter of burnt coffee. Tried to just put more pumps of white mocha on top of the whip. Remade drink and its worse! Still bitter and overly sweet. Very disappointed being that the drink is almost 8 dollars and I cant drink it
The only thing more bitter than the coffee is the barista. The guy working there has absolutely no business working in a customer facing role. Can’t wait till he’s replaced with a robot that doesn’t look like he wants to go on a rampage when you ask for what you ordered instead of whatever the voices in his head told him to make.
Very bad customer service! This is my 3rd time stopping at this Starbucks thinking I would give them 2 more chances but nope, service is as bad as the previous 2 visits! The lady is very unprofessional!
Good as always and they were pretty nice even though I got there right when they opened. Update: Staff are still very nice but very understaffed. New people are sweet but not trained I think. Recipes are all slightly off. Management needs to hire more people and train employees better
