Lines are extremely long. There needs to be a new system in place for handling large orders while keeping the drive-through and smaller orders flowing. Ended up going to the competitor next-door Dunkin’ Donuts
Not the fastest
This might be the slowest Starbucks in the universe! Over 30 minutes for two coffees and a cake pop?? Did they grow the coffee and milk the cow while we waited? We will never know!
WHAT HAPPENED? I’ve been going to this location almost every morning for a year. They recently got new staff and this morning I was greeted with the most horrible attitude. I’ve NEVER experienced that at any Starbucks. What in the world is going on. I never mind the wait, it’s expected at Starbucks. But there wasn’t even a wait this morning. I expect a smile and a have a good day. I got neither and it was very disappointing.
