Right next to a laundromat terrible location for this business
I’m not one to write reviews but it’s genuinely crazy how bad of an experience this was. I was the only one in the store when I came in. There were only 2 baristas. I ordered 2 matcha lattes. One with oatmilk and chai. The barista went right back to doing her busy work (not making drinks) and I sat down to wait for my order. Her coworker then took 20 minutes to make my drinks and 2 people who ordered after me got their drinks before mine. Our experience was amazing. The girls were so kind and patient with all of our random orders , and we even got 2 free refreshers for my twins. We really appreciated it ☺️
This place is amazing I went to order and didn’t have what I want so they let me choose whatever I wanted and plus they gave me a gift card how sweet of them
Ordered online ahead about 5-10 minutes before to make sure I wasn't late to class, and I got there and my order wasn't ready. This isn't an issue with me really, as location data isn't always accurate etc etc. but there were 4 baristas, and maybe 4 customers total in the store, 2 sitting down with drinks already, me and someone showing pictures to at least two of the workers. Drink was good but I was unfortunately late due to the lack of attention.
