This cafe had the longest wait and the worst chai I have ever had. There was plenty of staff but don’t know why the service was so slow. Upscale location
This is pretty much the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever ordered from. My order with DoorDash kept canceling on the store’s end and whenever i ordered from a different DoorDash account they accepted it. Before this happened I called the store and the store associate and manager proceeded to tell me someone picked up my order and that was false. No one communicates at this location. I order a hot coffee, light and sweet. They do not do light and suite instead they direct you to the counter where there’s only oat milk, which is not what I want… I paid for whipped cream, but I couldn’t even get whipped cream because there wasn’t any creamer sugar in the coffee yet.
