Love this Starbucks- went there several times during my stay at the Westin. Drinks came out so quick, and there were never long lines- which surprised me because it is a busy area. Baristas were friendly, and my friend and I always loved our orders!
Please to all the management of this Starbucks coffee business, they should take the quality of customer service seriously and more when you are serving international people inside the Westin Hotel, take me a terrible customer service and the other customers. If your employee is not in the mood to attend to another person and is only there to take a check better than not being there that person instead of adding to the business they subtract him. This happened today Tuesday 27/May/25 at 10:20am
Hard to get coffee… a drive through here would be perfect!… the baristas are amazing, in a good mood, and funny ☕️😍
