It took over 10 minutes to get my drink. The barista calling out drinks was so quiet it was impossible for most people to hear it. And the loud environment in the busy lobby just compounded the problem. She definitely didn’t want to be there.

This Starbucks is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. First off, I ordered a mango Matcha and when the barista Pulled my sticker and put it on the cup instead of making the order she put my cup to the side and I literally stood there for almost 30 minutes and watched her make everybody else’s order.
