Passing through on our way back home to Florida, my brother and I decided to stop in and my brother asked if he could use the restroom to which the employees replied “paying customers only”. Okay no problem, I know there’s rules. I didn’t have an issue until the manager told one of the employees to stand by the bathroom door just to make sure my brother didn’t go in (he didn’t try to). I ordered a coffee and it was not good at all. Terrible customer service and terrible products.
They seemed more concerned with the drive thru customers and customers ordering in the store and not the customers that mobile ordered. I mobile order because I don't my drinks messed up.
Visiting out of town. Came here for the past two days before heading out for the day. I have gotten the pumpkin spice chai and added extra caramel. They definitely understood the assignment.I am a sucker for this seasonal drink. They make it look so pretty. Everyone that works here is upbeat and friendly. They're always busy, and know how to handle the rush.
The service was terrible. There are plenty of Starbucks locations—just avoid this one
