Only one employee was working, and we had to wait over 15 minutes in line. Several people left without being helped. Very frustrating experience — this place clearly needs better staffing.
This place lost my business after 3 plus years of basically everyday visits, usually more than once per day too. Austin, our interaction was unprofessional on your part and I've stopped visiting not only this store but all Starbucks locations because of your arrogance. You shouldn't be a lead manager and you might want to get better trained before losing your company thousands of dollars instead of just my hundreds of dollars you've already cost them every month.
