Just absolutely the worst situations always at this location. I ordered a pecan oatmilk shaken espresso which is supposed to have vanilla cream cold foam, little heavenly crunchy bits on top and beautiful flavor. When I picked it up I explained this did not look like the drink I ordered, there was no cold foam, no crunch and a lot darker in color than it should be. Should have probably read the reviews before coming here. My drink was made incorrectly and there was no urgency to rectify the issue or make it right. The drive thru employee proceeded to tell me I would be charged for an add on that I was already charged for. On top of everything she didn't even know what my order was. The manager came over to issue my refund and there was no connection or interaction with me to attempt to resolve the issue. It was very disheartening seeing as though I come to this location often.
