The baristas here are fantastic—welcoming, hardworking, and a big reason people keep coming back.Starbucks has a strong mission. It just needs to be felt consistently at every level. Also it’s cold cold - please have temperature be reasonable. However, true “third place” energy starts from the top. I hope district leader for this place leans further into fairness, inclusivity, and kindness in leadership, so every person—employee or customer—feels equally valued.

So the coffee and the food as for Starbucks as a company is always phenomenal and great and yummy. I absolutely love you guys‘s coffee. I think it’s the world‘s best coffee. I also think that the I also think that the food is really nice as well…. The wait times I don’t think I’ve had issues with for the most part. It’s really nice. Can someone explain to me how they are always out of whipped cream, cold foam, etc? They're inside a grocery store for crying out loud, walk 50ft and restock!
