This place is understaffed and always only has one worker working. Even during peak hours like 3pm they only have one worker. It’s always a long line due to this issue. The workers also don’t consider people’s time they will take 10 minutes to make one drink not considering the long line they have. I paid 6.99 for one drink I asked for blondie expresso with cold form. She gave me 10% coffee and 90% cold foam. She also did not fill my drink up considering I paid 7 dollars for this drink. The managers only care about cleaning when an inspector is coming, they make the baristas train the new ppl without even telling them, they don't follow customer requests and make excuses as to why they can't do it (even tho every other sbux I've been to has complied), they're always understaffed, the tables are always dirty, garbage always overflowing on the weekends. Can't wait to see this place close down
Takes way too long to get your coffee. Slowest starbucks ever. They opened 1-1/2 late 2 people working only one person taking orders and making coffee. Absolutely ridiculous.
As I was traveling out of state and not familiar with the area, I missed my turn and walked over to Starbucks, which was conveniently located one business away, to get a coffee. However, upon arrival, I found that the lobby was closed at 2 pm, so I proceeded to the drive-through. Unfortunately, the lady at the drive-through window saw me but did not acknowledge me or provide any information regarding whether they could take my order.
