One of your employees likes to close off the espresso machine early whenever she is closing. It is Starbucks policy to keep things running until the exact closing time. Bad show! Hire better people, maybe? The staff used to be amazing but now I'd rather just make my own latte to bring shopping.
I wanna say these girls r always so nice and polite when I go in and get my everyday drink
Drive thru was busy at 3 pm and didn't get our cream and sugar.

11/13/25 at 2:35pm- person working (?) totally ignored me while I waited 4 min. to place an order. There were no other customers. She made no eye contact, no smile, no "Hi", "I'll be with you in a sec"....nothing!! Totally rude. I finally left without ordering a thing and I will never return.
