Super nice
I normally like this Starbucks. It's right across the street from work and I can get my order fairly quick and in general they make what I ordered. But today I was not happy. I used part of my last $20 to get a tall white chocolate mocha hot with oat milk (I'm lactose intolerant). And I left thinking I got what I wanted. Got to work and when I finally took a sip of my drink it was definitely made with regular milk. I can absolutely taste the difference and now I can't drink it.
