The female receptionist was extremely unprofessional. The coffee I received was not what I ordered, and she even lied to me in front of me.
I just wanted to let managment know that orders from them on Uber Eats every time are wrong drink or wrong food. Item. One time they didn't put my food item in the paper pouch at all, . literally was nothing in there. Moreover, someone else's name was also written on the cup that was in the bag with a completely different drink than I ordered. Staff here is nice but I hate Starbucks as a corporate entity. Anti-union tactics, unethical sourcing, greedy CEO, the thousands of small business’ that they’ve shut down. On top of that, the coffee and food suck.
