I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and the coffee was really bitter like it was old. There was no sweetness at all, I was already in the car so I couldn't go back, but it was a very disappointing experience.
Update (2026): didn't come here for a long while. Discovered the hidden message after the last drop & made my day. :-) will try to come back more. Thanks! Update: this location now refused pour over. And tbh the service has become mediocre in the past year. Wasn't going to mention it but since whoever replied so quickly, you probably should take some PR class before directing me to your corporate hotline. No te dan agua si no consumes algo antes, a mi pensar el agua no se le niega a nadie,y también al entrar un niño solo quería lavarse la manos en el baño y el hombre que atendía le dijo que No, que si no consumió nada no le permitía entrar al baño... muy decepcionada de ese lugar . O yo estoy mal?
