I never made it in. No parking available ( other than end of lot) why is this place in crazy kroger? Mapquest had a difficult time even getting me there.
Horrible experience at Kroger Amelia Starbucks. Not only was I not greeted by any of the batistas that stood directly in front of me, but my order took forever. Fletcher just put the orders on the table didn't call out for those waiting.
It should not take 30 minutes to get a coffee… I don’t know if this is the fault of those in charge (most likely, or the baristas, but for me to stand for 30 minutes for a small coffee— is absurd. Whoever is in charge of Kroger Starbucks needs redirected, and maybe there needs to be a back to basics, on how to complete orders.
