Wish I could literally give them zero stars I go to Starbucks all the time and for my toddler I get her water with just the strawberry pieces in it. This location literally refused to do that and said they would have to charge me a custom drink for five dollars to do it everywhere else I go they just do $.50 and add it in. Up in arms over some damn dried strawberries.
I went in with my sister and i ordered us two drinks, mine came out fine, however my sister ordered a matcha and the girl there, was maybe in high school, black hair in a pony, she made her drink wrong 3 times. First red flag, gave her the wrong cold foam, 2nd time, gave her little to NO cold foam, then for the third time, started giving my sister an attitude and made it wrong again. I don't go here often and there is a reason.
