These girls are the worst when it comes to customer service, absolutely no acknowledgment, if you hate customer service this bad you really shouldn’t be working in customer service. We came Sunday March 30th at 2:15pm. I will make sure to also contact your management team as well.
This Starbucks use to be so fast paste but it has since taken a blow. They only ever have a single person working. That person is taking orders, making drinks, and responsible cleaning which make wait times very long. Do better Starbucks
I had the pleasure of being served by Austin at Starbucks today, and I was really impressed. He was incredibly patient with my complicated order, even though he was working solo. Despite being the only barista, he managed everything seamlessly — taking orders and making drinks. Austin was friendly and helpful.Great service!
Just left right now at 5:45pm and couldn’t order. Seems like the people in front of me made a big order and probably out of convenience they told me they’re closed when it’s clearly stated they’re not supposed to close until 8pm. Pretty bothered that they would lie just to avoid doing their jobs. Definitely doesn’t represent Starbucks’ usual service standards.
