I am a semi regular at Graton Casino. This is the second time I have had an issue with the person (Javi on name tag) at the Starbucks register. Last visit there was a very passive-aggressive attitude with this individual. I put it down to him having a bad day and let it go as I received my food and latte just fine. This morning, however, I ordered the same thing I always do. When I took a sip of my drink, it tasted “off”. There were three people waiting for their order when I approached. I counted 6 people behind counter including cashier and three people cleaning. Two slow staff making orders. I asked one person how long they were waiting she said five minutes!! I just canceled my order.

I visited the casino on May 31st at approximately 7:36 PM, as indicated on the label, and ordered a lemonade with light ice. Everything was fine until I saw a girl with straight black hair preparing my drink. Despite my request, she added too much ice. When I asked her about it, she responded that was “LIGHT ICE”. I’ve attached the evidence for your review. Nice job.
