This is ridiculous! I ordered on mobile app, payed and the locations manager was not there. I arrived at 5:50 am. Employees were waiting outside and told me to come later or go to another Starbucks and they will give me my food. So not only did they take my money I have to drive to another location 3 miles away and explain that the other locations manager has not opened the store yet and put another store in a situation where they have to decide if they want to give me my food or not!
