Ever since they reopened after they remodeled this location they have provided horrible service. i’ve gotten my drink made incorrectly multiple times and when I’ve asked them nicely to remake it, they have a rude attitude. One day I ordered the strawberry chocolate covered Frappuccino and the barista didn’t put any strawberry purée and instead of mocha drizzle she put caramel which I’m allergic to and then I went inside and told her that I can’t have that drink and I needed a different one I needed it to be made correctly. Coffee was 80% ice 20% coffee, I get the iced hazelnut shaken expresso and everytime I get it anywhere else it’s delicious but from here the coffee tastes so mid. Also got banana bread and it was barely warmed
I didn't rate the food because I didn't eat anything. The coffee was great. I was at the Starbucks in Boca Raton, FL. They have nice outdoor seating. It was nice enjoying the weather and the coffee while reading. I do recommend it.
