Disappointing experience. The staff didn’t greet customers, and Sophia was rude when I asked for a cup of water for my daughter. She even suggested I go to Chick-fil-A instead, which felt unprofessional. This kind of service comes across as careless and unwelcoming.
They need to work harder or hire more ppl. Nobody in rush despite 100ft line. To be fair you can get good quality drink and comfortable place to enjoy it, if yiu have enough patient to wait
