Didn’t want to give water because they said it’s against their policy
Why can't Starbucks make a real macchiato? Asked please for a splash of steamed milk and got a full cup of milk on top of my espresso. Politely asked a lady to pour out the excess and got some attitude. Bad coffee, bad service.
This Starbucks denied me of an Ice water to take my meds when he sees me order every morning ( I have receipts) sir by the name of Damian T . It’s really messed up , I just ordered that day as well. This is the only location that has ever denied me of water. When other young ladies asked for water it’s okay. I felt racially profiled & it’s disheartening I just simply walked away because I knew his intent was ill toward a black woman like myself . 0 stars for him representing this location Around 4:05-4:10pm June 3rd.
