This is hands down the slowest Starbucks that I have EVER been to. I waited over 10 minutes in this store for my drink with only 6 other customers there. The barista slowly made 1 drink at a time at a snails pace. I ended up having to leave and come back an hour later because I was going to be late for an appointment. This isn't the first time. It's definitely the MO of this store.
My friend goes to this starbucks at least 3 times a week. I came to visit and we wanted starbucks so we placed the order drove 7 minutes to get there and the drive thru employee was EXTREMELY rude. He expressed that he recognized my friend as someone who is there often and starting lecturing her on how she is in the wrong for showing up less than 15 minutes after placing the order. He was so rude and we were pretty upset. Our drinks was also extremely watered down. Don’t come here
"This Starbucks truly stands out. The staff, from the baristas to the managers, are not only professional but also incredibly respectful, making every visit a pleasant experience. I'm consistently impressed by their quick service and the accuracy of my orders. They have a great variety of bakery items and breakfast options. EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL & RESPECTFUL Baristas and Managers. Also, very quick service and items are always done correctly. I reccommend Starbucks highly they are the best ! Also great for giving New Years gifts or any other special occassion gifts. The coffees and the desserts are GREAT and i highly suggest purchasing them. The new pumpkin muffins and the pumpkin loafs are the best. Excellent and very best Mocha Frapachinos and the best Coffee. Also excellent variety and great bakery items.
