Do not come here if you don’t have at least half an hour to spare. The drive thru is consistently the longest I’ve ever waited in any Starbucks drive thru, been in this line for almost 20 minutes as I’m writing this.
The last two times I’ve came to this location I’ve waited in the drive thru line for so long it just doesn’t move. It is just ridiculously annoying that the employees don’t pick up their pace whatsoever. While waiting both those times, 4 others cars not including me left the line.
This Starbucks is awful. So many people working and it still took forever to get my order made. They cleared the drive thru line about two times before making everyone’s drinks inside. Waited over 16 minutes for an already made sitting on the counter iced coffee. The coffee was not covered just exposed. The place was filthy. Absolutely awful experience.
They always take so long to order in the drive thru. Most of the if not all the time they never have any food items.
I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Just for a coffee and a pastry. Unorganized and very slow. No courtesy to bridge delays.
