Good, clean, and easy to access.
Asked for a matcha but got the wrong drink. I waited around 30 minutes and my name was never called, so I eventually had to ask about my drink. When they finally gave it to me, it was the wrong one. At that point, I wasn’t going to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake it, so I decided to take the drink they had already made. Even then, they didn’t want to give it to me despite the long wait. Overall, the whole experience was really frustrating and unorganized.
