I went there to get in the drive-through and they had a sign saying to wait 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and they never came and got the sign so I went inside and I still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and then I got accused of lying to my wife of where I was because she used to work at Starbucks and said they have a certain time frame of how fast they have to serve customers….
All employees talking to each other on the headphones. this particularly employee was on the phone and working on a really slow pace is working station really dirty. I’ve never had problems at this store. Hope they do something about this.
Drive thru. Super slow! Over 20 minutes in line to get 1 coffee. Low on supplies every time.
