Nitro Cold Brew at the Zephyrhills location does not dispense nearly as cold as the nitro cold brew at other SB locations.
This location is incredibly slow, and they have been out of multiple drink ingredients every time I've been here. It also takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru every single time we come here. It doesn't matter whether you have low staffing or if it's supply issues, because both mean one thing: POOR MANAGEMENT.
At first I was upset as they gave me a rather sad sandwich but without me saying a word they gave me another one. Not sure if they saw my disappointment or knew that it was made mediocre lol. Thanks Great service!!!
