Love this Starbucks on Gall Blvd. The service is stellar!!! They know me by name, the store is always very clean, I love the music they play and today Grace had my order ready before I even checked out. Now that is service that is hard to find! All of the employees here are wonderful, warm and inviting. Thank you for all that you do!!
I visit this Starbucks at least once every two weeks to pick up drinks for my department, typically ordering a minimum of seven beverages each time. The drinks are consistently placed on the counter without holders or bags, and I always have to request these items and bag everything myself. Given the price point of each drink, I believe it’s reasonable to expect that they be properly packaged for transport.
