I came to this Starbucks expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, I was met with incredibly rude service from a barista named Dina. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a bad attitude for no reason, and when I tried to address it, she cut me off, claiming there was a long line—when in reality, only two people were behind me.
