My daughter brought me a lunchtime surprise coffee. Which was wonderful but my iced drink was FULL of chunky soy milk. I tossed it after she left and didn't think of it again until I was passing Starbucks on my way home& thought I'd call and speak to someone. Please teach ALL your employees about ADA laws, please and thank you ☺️ also, what’s with the micro aggression?? I feel like it must be the culture at this particular store, no one is friendly, everyone is rude. My husbands experience has always been vastly different from mine which makes me side eye this store every time I come here
I just got coffee at the drive-thru.
This Starbucks is in a great location, perfect for grabbing coffee and getting some work done, but the music is far too loud. I asked the barista if it could be turned down, but she said the staff doesn’t control the volume. It’s not just me; others around me also seemed uncomfortable. This isn’t a nightclub, it’s a café where people come to relax or focus. Please look into lowering the volume to make the environment more enjoyable for everyone.
