Unfriendly
I have ordered mobile several times and it's not done when I get there in the estimated time on the app. Sometimes even after the time frame. I always have to wait and most of the time it is plain coffee. I went a few miles up the interstate and got better service. I hate to say after all these years at this location we may have to switch when we can. Sad......
This place you can tell is under new crew, I am praying they get it together I try to give every place a second n sometimes third shot so went in there and still some issues but things seem to be getting cleaned up and turned around. I had to leave and walk out before ordering anything a customer by accident spilt their drink on me so I needed to go clean up. The help though from staff wasn't not there and atmosphere did not seem welcoming but hopefully the new crew gets it together and things get better here. I love my star... read more
