I was the only one in the drive thru at 6pm picking up my mobile order. I watched the barista stand there for over 2 minutes with my drink next to her before she opened the window and handed it to me.
I have been coming to this location for years, service used to be great. That is no longer the case. For the past several months, the average wait time for a beverage is 20 minutes, even when they aren't overly busy. I always order ahead and pickup in the store. They used to grease customers when they walked in, now they can't be bothered. The final straw came on Christmas Day. I ordered ahead, showed wait time as 25-37 min. I arrived in the store at 40 min. I am a 4th grade teacher and I live across the street from this location and visit frequently. VERY friendly staff! I am having a sledding and hot chocolate party for my class on Tuesday, and they very generously donated hot cocoa cups and lids with no question, but pure joy and excitement. Thank you so much!!! Absolutely best location and staff!
