It was never a great Starbucks- I agree with other recent reviews that now on top of long waits and inconsistent drinks the staff doesn’t seem to want to be there and appear annoyed. I ordered a simple drink for them to execute since most of Starbucks drinks are automated- an oat milk cortado with blonde espresso. You’re better off going to a different location such as Target or down the road at Kowalskis.

I stopped by to order 4–5 drinks for my family and friends. Right after I ordered 4 Pink Drinks, the employee taking my order said “oh damn” under her breath, which already felt unprofessional. I asked her to add extras to the drinks, but she only applied it to one. When I asked if it was added to all of them, she responded with an attitude, saying “well you didn’t say that for all.” At that point, my dad and I were frustrated with her tone and her lack of customer service. You know that feeling when you’re really craving a drink so you go out of your way to drive there and buy it just to get disappointed?? Right! Got 2 large caramel mochiatto tasted WATER DOWN! Called them drove back just to get another one to find out still watered down. I give up. Never coming there again. Please have your workers trained to make the correct drink. If I wanted bitter water I would’ve gotten that.
