So I came asking for water. This isn’t my first time doing this and usually I will get it or I have to pay. This time a worker said that I had to make a purchase in order to get water. Again…. I had to make a purchase to get WATERRR.. … let that sink in… Starbucks do better
I normally refrain from leaving bad reviews because I time believe in grace but I’ve experienced horrible customer service from this specific location on several separate occasions. The customer service here is absolutely horrid. Especially from the manager- her disposition, tone and demeanor is so nasty. She does nothing to try to satisfy the customer.
