asked for a grande ice white mocha with caramel and sweet cream cold foam, got to the window, paid for it which on my receipt I paid for the sweet cream, I did not even get that drink, I told them that it was not mine and they told me with attitude “well that’s what we heard” and didn’t seem interested in fixing it or giving me what I paid for.
I waited 20 minutes for 1 drink. Their staff should be trained to tell customers while they are ordering that they are running so far behind. Ridiculous
