While this location can be very busy, each and every one of the employees I've encountered are friendly and professional towards customers, I've noticed. They always say "welcome in" when they see someone enter, and wish a good day when leaving. The only thing I'd improve would be the seating, which is a long bench along the wall with tables and chairs in front. In my opinion the seating they had before the renovation was better, with individual tables and chairs. Overall big thumbs up
Slow on Albany ave west hartford lots of workers but they move a tirtle Pace
I moved here from Chicago and it’s genuinely still shocking to me how slow CT restaurants are. In Chicago it doesn’t matter how busy it is, you’ll get your drink in less than a minute. Over here the restaurant will be empty and the employees will still somehow manage to take 20 minutes to put water in a cup.
