I have always had positive experiences at Starbucks, which is why I feel the need to speak up about the repeated negative encounters my fiancé and I have had at this particular location. There is a young woman who works here. She wears glasses and is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time my fiancé or I have interacted with her, she has displayed an attitude.
