Busy place. A bit of a wait for a house coffee and a tea. No gu v7
1 star for your "new bathroom policy". Not ok to turn people away in the rain.
Good coffee. Disgusting bathroom.
No line when I came in at 5 pm, Saturday, 2/8. Woman that took the order was efficient. Bought one iced and one hot matcha latte. The cold one was messy. Tea dripping down a side. The hot one was poorly made. It was warm, but perhaps not hot enough to dissolve the matcha. My first sip had a huge clump of powder in it. When I got home, I put it in a cup to heat up some more and salvage the drink. Tipping it all in another cup, I saw the bottom had a lot of undissolved matcha in there.
I came in to buy a tea and use the restroom but not in that order and I asked for the restroom code and the lady said in a snarky way, “ the restroom I’m is for paying customers” I said, I’m buying a drink. Then I used the restroom, came out and while in line to buy my tea, she willing gave the restroom code to 4 others lol no questions asked. Seriously the
