People have to know this place is terrible. The cashier was so rude and the manager as well. We don't ask items for free visits. This place with my two kids and services was unacceptable. I did my order, and they said no cash accepted. In what planet does people live???
I was so sad because my drink from another location was made wrong - and I know that's dumb, but I don't get Starbucks much so when I do I am excited and really want it to be right - and I went in to get another drink made and Monica remade it for free and said, "Don't worry, I'll make it with love," and gave me such a nice smile and I went from the worst mood to the best mood in 1 second. Thank you, Monica.
Order an iced lavender coconut latte. Took a sip and realized something was funky, either milk had went bad or something was wrong. I told the Barista very nicely that something was funky and their response was just incredibly rude and combative. Slamming the drink around acting like I had personally insulted them or something. I’ve stopped by this Starbucks location twice, ( before many times but now the staff was so bad) and unfortunately both times the staff made me feel extremely unwelcome. Their attitude felt dismissive and disrespectful—as if I didn’t belong. As a customer, I expect basic kindness and professionalism, not to be treated differently based on how I look or speak. “Oh sorry I can’t pour on your personal cup, I give you a cup.” ( so what do you mean?
