Coffee is regular. Never remembered my order just the monicker welcome To. Spent two weeks having coffee every morning. Today can't have my scooter in there I'm selling my scooter and I'm mad.

40% of the time vanilla left out of London Fog tea. Asking for an extra pump resulted is zero vanilla. Yes, I know they have trainees but this seems to be a universal problem.
If I’m paying that much for an iced matcha I want ice in it. And the raspberry cold foam I ordered was not in it as well. Pretty disappointed since I spent $13.
