It's Starbucks. No surprises. It does not have a drive through and homeless people are very present 80% of the time. Very nice, but if you are in a hurry they like to chat.
Typical college town employee behavior. Employees act like we are already supposed to know what we want, they didn’t help us and skipped past us to the next couple in line. The drinks were fine and so was my sandwich but when I asked for a straw the guy looked at me stupid and said umm maybe go try the place next door….seriously…you sell drinks for a living.
Horrible. I WORK at starbcuks and i came in because my sister asked me to grab a coffee. The first transaction I had was fine but then I had to order a crossaint since I forgot and this lady who had a coffee master apron, rung me up and it SAID “gr latte” so OBVIOUSLY i assumed she rung me up for a latte which wasn’t what I ordered. When i politely asked if that was correct she scoffed, turned the screen at me (had no idea what i was looking at) and walked away. My manager would never let this behavior slide
