Hello I work on the 18th floor and come to your starbucks on a regular basis and on Saturday Jan 31st my daughter and I came to work and ordered from Mandy one of the counter girls, something went wrong with the credit card machine and she stood there looking as if she did not know what to do, a few minutes went by and she continued looking at me as if I had something to do with the machine it was not my card...so when I touched the card machine she yelled at me to NOT TOUCH it!!!!! Good place to get coffee before work
Isn’t open until 8am
I want to report the poor way the 2025 Bearista sale was handled specifically at this store by the employees. We were told there were only four available by the staff, before the door was open. Then they only placed out three, and one of the employees took one and rang it out for herself. Again, before the door was open. So when they let us in, only two of them were on the shelf. So the poor girls in front of me had to watch them disappear before getting the chance to buy one. I thought this was a very poor show.
