On 08/27/26 at 9:45am I approached the employee working the drive thru window (Caucasian- black hair/ was in a ponytail) and she was horrible and had a nasty attitude!!!!. Other than that, whenever I come to this Starbucks and she’s not there my experience is always amazing and the food is good. She needs to be removed from working drive thru and should focus on being re-trained on her customer service skills.
The staff was amazing and their ability to flawlessly make my specialty drink was phenomenal.
Worst Starbucks service ever. I love Starbucks, this is a very rude cafe. Staff left food sit next to ovens to get cold while she continues to cook more. Perhaps she thought conserving steps was best.
