Went to get the unicorn frappe and sub the milk for a different one, the rude lady at the window said it only comes with whole milk which isn’t true, I have a friend who works at Starbucks and you can mod the milk and do whip or no whip and she was very rude and had an attitude in the drive thru. Went to the other location they were very nice and did a different milk. If you’re gonna work in customer service don’t be rude.
Staff was so friendly and offered to remake my entire order when the mobile order got stolen. Fantastic service. Thank you guys!
My barista was named Echo she was very nice and helpful… the whole staff was busy with customers inside on the patio and in the drive thru ( that was moving along pretty fast)
