Longest drive thru wait known to man!! Then if you ask a question, they slam the drive thru window midsentence.
Went to get a coffee for my wife and the blonde lady with tattoos at the drive thru was snarky and rude to me and her. Disappointed will not be coming back.
Went to get the unicorn frappe and sub the milk for a different one, the rude lady at the window said it only comes with whole milk which isn’t true, I have a friend who works at Starbucks and you can mod the milk and do whip or no whip and she was very rude and had an attitude in the drive thru. Went to the other location they were very nice and did a different milk. If you’re gonna work in customer service don’t be rude.
Staff was so friendly and offered to remake my entire order when the mobile order got stolen. Fantastic service. Thank you guys!
