Wondering if Starbucks stopped using 2 cups in one (over a year now) if they could lower their prices. Do not understand 2 cups and a sleeve. 🤷
after getting starbucks multiple times a week for years, i’m officially done. after nearly constantly getting my order wrong, today i just wanted a water, and they told me i had to order something. and honestly, that was the last straw after already being so sick of them constantly screwing up. i’ve come in a handful of times just to get a water over the years and apparently it’s a new policy that you have to buy something. i’m done. at least i’ll save a ton of money now i guess
Every time I come to this location I get so mad at myself. They suck, they have major attitudes and the service just sucks. Drinks look messy when the are served I always have spills down my cup or in the lid, and I always leave asking myself why did I come here knowing it sucks. If you wanna stay in a good mood, just don't come here because youll probably leave annoyed. Look i understand how customer service jobs have their cons but didn't you pick this job.
