I often grab a quick drink on my way to work in the afternoons --around 2:30ish in the drive thru -- and whoever usually works that shift is phenomenal. The barista is very courteous and professional, but not overtly friendly in a way that seems forced. I get my order with no surprises and with the expected quality.
