It's a Starbucks
Always a lovely experience, the drinks are good and the staff is wonderful. Jordan, the best and friendliest barista at the Cumberland store in my opinion, is endlessly wonderful and helpful each time we visit. Will definitely be back!
My husband and I were just in Starbucks (Cumberland) in Tyler, Texas, and the service was so amazing. The young lady at the register had the best personality and smile! It really warmed my heart! I didn’t get her name, but if you go in, you will know who I’m referring to because she will brighten your day. Thank you for lifting my spirits today!
This was a lovely location. I rarely go inside anymore and only use the drive thru at locations. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and even brought my coffee and food to my table.
