My husband and I were just in Starbucks (Cumberland) in Tyler, Texas, and the service was so amazing. The young lady at the register had the best personality and smile! It really warmed my heart! I didn’t get her name, but if you go in, you will know who I’m referring to because she will brighten your day. Thank you for lifting my spirits today!
This was a lovely location. I rarely go inside anymore and only use the drive thru at locations. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and even brought my coffee and food to my table.

I purchased a coffee frappuccino grande size with an additional 4 shots, totaling approximately $11 in cost. I don’t really care about the price at all because I care about the value of the product over its cost... The beverage presented to me tasted nasty and lacked the coffee shots in it... More than than coffee. One word: Nasty 🤮
I love this location but today i ordered a venti with light ice and my cup did not get filled all the way, which did upset me
