I went in and out. It was very nice and quiet but it is a small place.
I wanted to give a shoutout to the shift lead Cordelia!(hopefully I spelled her name correctly) She was absolutely wonderful and made my day by helping me out with an order I made by mistake! Great customer service and a professional to say the least! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
Absolutely awful Starbucks even though I was a long-time customer cuz it was convenient to where I live, I usually wait 15 to 20 minutes every time I get a drink even when there's not a line. And more than half the times my drink has been made wrong, I've been to other Starbucks in the area and I have found out that the Twinsburg Starbucks does have a bad reputation at the mention it's an awful location that's very inconvenient for everything in business is nearby. They got my order wrong 2 times on 2 diffrent occasions then I get attitude from the drive through worker about her not listing after they messed it up the first time I ordered a venti both times and got handed a grande both time. Then she said it's your fault your messing up my drive through times. I'm sorry you didn't understand me 3 times that was very unprofessional
