During my visit, I observed the employee preparing my warm beverage using what appeared to be a dirty spoon to mix the drink. This raised immediate concerns about cleanliness and food safety. In addition, I noticed flies entering an open ice machine area. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, she simply shrugged her shoulders and appeared unconcerned about the issue.
