Después de ir a comprarle ropa a mi hija decidimos entrar al starbucks típo cinco y media. Y estuve muy satisfecha con el servicio de las muchacha con el pelo rosado rizo y la muchacha latina que me tomó la orden. Había muchas gente esperando y por eso no les doy 5 estrellas pero todo lo de más estuvo muy excelente. El café que pedí estaba muy rico y el refresher de mi hija también!
Who ever was working on the Saturday morning March 28, was terrible service. One of the young lady’s with colored hair was okay but the other one with locs was just RUDE and seemed upset we were there to order. She walked away from the register when i was about to order because she was annoyed w those in front of me. When i said thank you for my food she just MHM in a rude tone and walked off. Es una lástima tener que calificar mal a mi cadena de cafés favoritos en el mundo. Parece que acá las empleadas hacen lo que quieren y cierran cuando quieren. Si vas a las 7 pm cualquier día ya NO hay servicio. Deberían de cambiar entonces el horario en la aplicación y en google que aparece que cierran a las 8 pm
I was waiting for 20 minutes just for she charge me for a Venti drink and give me a medium and I tell her and she said that it was going to change it and she just add a little bit more coffee and milk and gave me a lot of ice I paid just a cup of ice that was very bad.
