Broken Starbucks. Extremely slow.
1030 X Mas Eve, not super busy but total chaos for 7 ppl working a 10 min mobile order turns into 35 min wait and multiple asks, where’s my order??? They were making drinks as ppl were complaining….. two lumps of coal Starbucks and no tip, merry Christmas !!!
Very slow ordered a mobile order did not have it ready when I came to pick it up. They said they are working on and they will have it when they can will not be doing mobile order from the store again.
Staff seems friendly enough but the drive thru line is slower than a slug frozen in molasses
