I really hate going to this Starbucks! They are really slow—I waited 20 minutes for my drink, when it wasn’t even busy. Also, the manager is very rude. I try to always find another location, even though it’s close to my work.
Drove through to get my elderly tripod dog that I won’t see for a couple of months while they put out the wildfires a pup cup. Ordered at the drive through. Finally got to the window after a long line and the guy said I had to buy something. I said I don’t want anything today, but I got a $12 drink yesterday, can you please give her a pup cup? The very worse thing about this Starbucks is it can be completely empty, have about 6 employees and they don’t pull the Togo online order until your walking in and don’t get coffee in the evening, I’m not sure but I swear they keep forgetting the Carmel in my frape lol
