Everything we go the bathroom has honestly been slightly gross. Kinda makes going to enjoy a friend not so enjoyable knowing its had pee and a gross floor each time. Please know we love going and having a nice drink but its not the normal Starbucks atmosphere like we are used to. I say this with all kindness.
Went to this locations on Aug 25th, 2025 @ approximately 1630 (4:30 p.m.) and waited for 12-15 minutes and there was no workers present. There was not a sign or any message that was put in place stating the return of any workers. Eventually, I walked out to go to another location because there was no body here to service me or any other customers that left due to there being no workers. What a inconvenience, do better.
Very disappointed with my visit, here just trying to get my coffee in a good mood and unfortunately the girl on drive thru taking my order, was so rude and plain disrespectful even when she tried to apologize, not sincere at all, if she is overwhelmed with drive thru traffic still no excuse for the drive up driver to get her attitude. Hopefully management can assist her and give their customers a better experience.
Fix the operation hours. Says you close at 8 pm but close at 7 pm
