3 times within a week I placed a mobile order that couldn’t be filled. Twice I arrived to find the store hadn’t opened- once a machine needed cleaning and the associate was at a loss.
This location is inside a busy Kroger with no seating. But the employee worked fast and was friendly!
Waited in line for 20 mins befor they took my order. In the mean time thye will doing online orders they contined to come in and top my order because they were to busy to take my order. Worst sb ever
We placed an order around 7:45am on a Sunday morning, and it was to be available by 8:15. The four drinks we ordered were not completed until 8:50am. The barista was completing orders for customers walking in rather than what had already been ordered. There should have been additional help and the orders should be fulfilled as they are placed. I can see waiting for 15-20 minutes, but an hour wait is unacceptable.
The staff is friendly and the service is great!
