It would have been faster to drive across town to a different Starbucks. We waited 30 MINUTES in the cafe for our 3 drinks. Unbelievable.
Great experience here today.
This location has become extremely inconsistent. Drinks frequently taste unbalanced and overly milky/sweet, with very little coffee flavor. I’ve tried modifying how I order to make it clearer and avoid this issue, but the results are still unpredictable. It’s frustrating to have to overthink a simple order.For what customers are paying, accuracy and consistency shouldn’t be a gamble.
Meg- is very rude and should not be a barista, I was asking questions in the drive through at the machine and she cut off who ever was ordering and RUDLY told me to pull ahead/ so I figured i had to ask at the window. My drink online is usually around $8- they told me it was $11 and I wanted to know why and how to properly fix the issue and she cut infront of the window person and spoke to me in a way that is very dismissive and disgusting.
