Terrible service...took forever and only had 2 people in front of me. Came here a few weeks ago though and they had great service. I hope this was a fluke!

I always stop at this Starbucks on my drives from Cincinnati to Akron. Drinks are exactly as I order them and they're fast and friendly.
Inside is kinda dirty. But the staff is always nice. Def not a place to sit and stay at.
Wonderful service!:) even at 5:30 in the morning, the baristas were so cheery! It was a wonderful pick me up for the last leg of our 13 hour trip!:)
Speedy service, but people trying to get back onto 36 have no clue of how to drive
